Affonso, Claudia

Affonso, Claudia is an architect and holds a dual degree in Urbanism and Spatial Planning from the University of Porto and University of Coimbra in Portugal. She's currently pursuing postdoctoral research in financial geography at the University of São Paulo, Brazil, extending her earlier PhD thesis. With over 15 years of experience in private sector architecture and urbanism, her research bridges theory and practice. Her focus areas encompass urban planning and economics, real estate markets, and financial geography.
