Dolgova, Alena

Alena Dolgova is PhD in Economics from MGIMO University. Her doctoral research focused on assessing the economic impacts of international financial centres on national economies and host cities. Alena has over 15 years of experience advising governments on the development of international financial centres, investment policy and capital markets across Eurasia and the Middle East. Her current research interests include international financial centres as a subject of financial geography and the economic impact of emerging IFC specialisations on national and city development.
